This item is in excellent, gently worn, vintage condition. Two of the buttons have been moved out to allow for more room. This can easily be placed back to their original place if desired. Visually it works either way and doesn't throw off the center front line.

I would call this a size Large or oversized Medium. This is meant to have an exaggerated relaxed fit to it. As usual please refer to the below measurements for most accurate fit.
